The LEGO Group is about to raise its efforts towards smoother and faster sales and operations processes — locally and globally. To this end, we are looking for a Project Director to play a key role in our Demand & Order Management (DOM) department. Working out of our Billund headquarters, you will spearhead the constant improvement of the LEGO Group's flow of goods worldwide. You can look forward to a highly influential and broadly scoped position at the heart of our international business.

Improve our sales and operations processes — locally and globally
DOM functions as the crucial link between the LEGO Group's front-end sales and back-end market processes, working in close coordination with our supply chain organisation. As DOM Project Director, you will lead projects aimed at mapping and improving global sales and operations processes to make sure that customer demands are met accurately and cost-effectively.

Your overall project focus will be the implementation of our ambitious Demand Management agenda, set to ensure the fulfilment of market demands on reliability and flexibility. You will be responsible for increasing responsiveness to customers through optimising, simplifying and building core processes. Generally, you will be an active participator and facilitator in projects supporting our growth strategy and global operating model. Your new position involves approx. 30-50 travelling days a year.

Project heavyweight with a strong commercial edge
You probably hold a degree within a business, marketing, engineering or other relevant field enabling you to dissect complex commercial and sales operational scenarios. Crucially, you have extensive experience with project leadership as well as sales and demand management, e.g. from within the FMCG industry.

Your experience involves bridging between sales and back-end market processes, which means you know your way around the value chain — especially from the market end. Also, you thrive on the dynamics of business change and development. You have excellent project and process skills and an unfailing commercial and competitive edge. Finally, you are a strong communicator, fluent in English, who takes pride in conveying the message effectively on any level of the organisation.
