Experienced full-time cook for Chinese kitchen

Experienced full-time chef wanted for Chinese restaurant.

We are looking for a full-time chef for a Chinese restaurant, who can start employment as quickly as possible.
Due to the high amount of visitors to our restaurant, we are in urgent need of an experienced chef with know-how to Cantonese dishes as well as Dim Sum.

The following competences are required:
You are a qualified chef with good experience.
You have good aesthetic sense regarding the making of Dim Sum, preferably in steamed or deepfried small courses.
You are creative and clever in preparing and producing original Cantonese dishes in wok.You should be able to service our customers approx. 20-25 times a year outside the restaurant on the premises of the customers, e.g. foreign companies with Chinese visitors.

Erfaren fuldtidskok søges til Kinesisk Restaurant.

Chefkok søges til ansættelse i fuldtidsstilling den 1 August 2009.
På grund af aktivitet og arbejdspres søges erfaren kok til Originale Canton Stege samt Dim Sum.

Kokkens kompetance:
Du har stor erfaring med æstetisk sans i forhold til omgivelserne af Dim Sum, som fortrinsvis består af dampede eller friturestegte småretter. Dim Sum er oprindelig en Cantonesisk kutyme og er forbundet med den kinesisk tradition for at drikke te.

Du er kreativ og dygtig til at fremstille og tilberede original Canton steg i wok.

Du skal påregne 20-25 gange årligt at medvirke ved fremstilling og tilberedning af mad ud af huset, til udenlandske selskaber, fortrinsvis kinesere.
