Our customer is making a huge R&D investment in business applications for the mid-market. They fully intend to grow the business into a multi-billion dollar revenue stream. Are you ready to change how their customers and partners develop business solutions? For their Global Development Team in Copenhagen our customer is hiring an experienced Dev Manager for one of their leading ERP products.

Now is your opportunity to join a global team in developing local and global functionality that allows our customer to sell their ERP product globally. This is a unique opportunity for you to display your cross group and cross site management experience and in depth software development knowledge. Your responsibility will include design documentation, architecture, scheduling and assuring high quality code is delivered on time for the local and global features. You will also be expected to manage unit test automation and code coverage goals, as well as growing, attracting and mentoring great people.

We are looking for a skilled development manager with

- as a minimum several years of development experience with the ability to plan, design, develop and document software
- as a minimum some years of experience as a people manager
- a passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes and software
- demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow and define development standards, and to work independently
- preferably a sound functional ERP background
- strong analytical skills
- commitment to team work
- clear and effective communication skills
- a good command of written and spoken English
- education or working experience on bachelors/masters level

Job description:
As Principal Dev Manager in the application domain you will be responsible for managing multiple global projects. These projects are related to regulatory updates and new releases; so it’s about maintaining and improving already existing features as well as development of new features. Your team will be responsible for design and development of those features, as well as meeting our quality standards, all while meeting the planned deliverable dates.
