ABOUT THE JOB
Denmark’s leading laboratory seeks Analytical Service Manager for our customer centre in Galten (close to Aarhus).
We experience an increasing order volume for analyses and tests ofconsumer products, packing material, building material, etc. fromDanish and international companies, which opens up for a new positionas Analytical Service Manager within the product emission testing areain our company.
The customer centre provides service to all customers, which includestasks such as guidance / response to enquiries from customers,elaboration of quotations, contact to the laboratory, reporting ofproduct emission testing projects as well as service in respect toevaluation / interpretation of test results.
All tasks are performed in close dialogue with our customers and the laboratory.
Customer focus is important to us, which implies that the key successfactors in this position are to deliver customer satisfaction, addvalue for our customers through our services, and seek solutions tohelp our customers achieve their goals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Academic background in chemistry, biology, environment or other scientific fields
* Experience with customer service
* Experience with or knowledge of organic chemical analyses
* High level of language skills – German and English are mandatory. French would be an advantage.
* Result- and service-oriented
* Good communication skills (orally and in writing)
