Job description
Student for Service Management – Carlsberg team

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) support function in the Carlsbergteam handles minor projects, such as keeping information about serversand the applications running on the servers fully up-to-date, keepinginformation about server software licenses fully up-to-date, checkinginformation about server operation, providing the customer withinformation for reports, and handling various ad-hoc tasks of anadministrative nature.

You will be working in close cooperation with two Service DeliveryManagers, since the majority of your work will be related to servers inour data center, although Service Delivery Managers from across theCarlsberg team can rely on your assistance. We are located atPrøvensvej 1, 2605 Brøndby.

As an SDM support person, you will need to be able to handle multipletasks at the same time and be able to accommodate requests at amoment’s notice. It is important that you can structure your own work,keep deadlines, and communicate well in spoken and written Danish andEnglish internally in the IBM organization, as well as externally withthe customer.

Brief knowledge of network setup is preferable.

Your profile:

At the moment, you are studying at a business school, university, ortechnical university, and you have approximately two years to go beforeyour final exam (preferably a master’s degree).

Your working hours will be approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. We are, of course, flexible during exam periods.

Required
High School Diploma/GED
At least a few years experience in Excel
At least a few years experience in MS Office
At least a few years experience in working with economics/finance
English: Intermediate
Danish: Fluent
