Drive International Brand Strategy
As Global Brand Manager you will be part of Consumer International’s marketing department located in Aarhus, Denmark. We are heading the global category and branding strategy for Arla Foods’ butter and spreadable products. The position offers you an excellent opportunity to set your mark on the global butter category and build a platform for a future international career.

Your primary task will be to drive, execute and track global brand activities within the butter category, aiming to ensure that our profit and loss targets are met and that we sustain and develop our international market positions. To keep us on top of the category, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong global brand positioning, to lead customers prefer our brands. Development of communication platform and the following execution is your responsibility as well. As Brand Marketeer you will furthermore be involved in innovation and take lead on key innovation projects.
The position allows you to work with a dedicated and experienced marketing team. It also makes you a key player in the category and gives you a large impact on the overall strategy and goals, as the organisation expects the marketing team to take leadership of category and brands within.

Solid Experience with International Brands
You hold a degree in Marketing or Business Administration and have at least 3 years’ experience with positioning and communicating international brands. Preferably, you have worked outside Scandinavia for some years, which has given you an international approach to brand management. Combined with your entrepreneurial drive, strategic flair and ability to analyse markets and consumers, this enables you to build innovative brands generating high consumer preference.

Moreover, you should be a skilled communicator with an extrovert attitude and an open mind, as you will be working closely with market organisations and agencies from different cultures. An excellent command of English is a must. Ideally, you are also able to get by in the Scandinavian languages.
