关于陪工签证的问题

本人现在哥哈工作，正打算给老婆孩子申请陪工签证过来。有以下问题：


1、在论坛翻了下旧贴，看到不少人是先办短期探亲签证，然后过来再提交陪工/陪读。但FA8表上写明：“If you are staying in Denmark on a visa (short term) and you submit an application for a residence permit in this country, you need to be aware that it may have the following consequences: You can become ineligible for a visa for five-years (Aliens Act section 4 c). If someone in Denmark has posted a financial guarantee for your visa, it can be collected by the Immigration Service, which means the money will be forfeited to the state (Aliens Act section 4).” 大意就是，短期签证-->陪工签证的申请方式可能使你5年内无法获得签证或者导致短期签证的丹麦方保证金被罚没。真有这么严重吗？

2、陪工签证貌似无需任何经济担保吧？我看FA8开头就说“Proof that the sponsor can support the applicant during the stay in Denmark. Only if the sponsor is granted a residence permit under the Greencard scheme or is to study in Denmark.” 大意是只有绿卡计划和陪读才需要提供经济证明类的文件。

3、万一真的用探亲-->陪工的方案（好处是能更快地过来），那么探亲签似乎需要提供我在这边三个月的工资单，但我才在这边工作了一个月，所以貌似不行。我看探亲签的材料清单里面说“：该担保人过去 3 个月的固定收入证明或担保人出具的在申根国具有法律效力的担保声明。”，那么唯一希望就在这个“担保人出具的在申根国具有法律效力的担保声明”上了。我作为担保人的话，这份文件该怎么弄呢？

研究得很细致嘛

1. 重点在后面一段。属于下面情况的，不会面临这种严重后果。陪工签证属于work类别，归就业部来管。
也可以认为跟faimily reunification同类。
However the abovementioned consequences do not apply in the following cases

If you are a child under 15 or a spouse applying for family reunification.
If you apply for a residence permit in order to study.
If you apply for a residence permit in order to participate in the cities of refuge program.
If you apply for a residence permit on the grounds of work, and you meet the requirements to obtain a permit.
If there are decisive humanitarian reasons for allowing you to remain eligible for a visa or the guarantee not to be forfeited.

2. 对，只有拿Green Card的，因为不一定有工作，申请陪工才需要经济证明。其他类别的工签的，有工作有经济来源，不需要这个。

3. 一般要出示3个月的工资单。你才工作1个月的话，可以去银行，要求出示存款证明，有法律效力
  PS: 个人建议工作满3个月后再申请，如果前3个月是试用期的话。

多谢帮助！我的工作没有试用期，看样子能行。那么3.的存款数额有什么要求吗？陪读签证的标准是人均25000kr，探亲签按这个数目行吗？

绰绰有余了

刚想起来，工作合同能行吗？合同上面标明了详细的工作年限、月薪水平，并有双方的签字。

不确定，不一定行。合同时间被定格，不能证明目前是否仍在职。
