Gartneriet Brylle ApS søger en dygtig og ansvarsbevidst gartneriformand, som samtidig vil forpligte sig til at passe vanding mv. på gartneriet i weekender samt at stå for overvågning af gartneriet uden for normal arbejdstid.
Du må gerne være af udenlandsk oprindelse, men det er et krav, at du forventer at bo i Danmark i en længere årrække.
Det er en forudsætning, at du bor på gartneriet eller meget tæt på gartneriet, idet klima- og vandingsalarmer kræver kort responstid.
Kvalifikationer:
- Du er ansvarlig for styring af gartneriets udenlandske personale.
- Du taler engelsk og russisk.
- Du er medansvarlig for at overvåge gartneriet uden for normal arbejdstid, herunder at passe vanding i weekender mv.
- Du har erfaring med styring af klima og vanding i væksthusgartneri.
- Du er loyal, hjælpsom og konstruktiv.
- Du har teknisk forståelse, således at du kan afhjælpe typisk opståede fejl og mangler.
- Du er meget selvstændig som person.
- Du har erfaring med produktion af hydrangea.
Gartneriet Brylle ApS searches for a competent and responsible grower manager, who at the same time is committed in controlling watering etc. at the weekends as well as standing for the surveillance of the nursery outside normal hours.
You may be of foreign origin, but it's a demand that you expect to live in Denmark in a longer number of years.
It is expected that you live on the nursery or very close to the nursery as the alarms from the climate- and watering system needs a short responstime.
Qualifications:
- You are responsible for managing the foreign employees on the nursery.
- You speak English and Russian.
- You are co-responsible for, keeping the nursery under surveillance outside normal hours, under this controlling watering in weekends etc.
- You have experience with climate- and watering systems in plant nurseries.
- You are loyal, helpful and constructive.
- You have technical understanding, so that you can set right typically arisen problems.
- You have a high self-drive as a person.
- You have experience with Hyrangea-production.
