Your primary responsibilities will be to lead the development of world class software test processes, practices and tools, test plans, and supporting software development teams with implementing Test Driven Development.
Until the end of 2010 you will be expected to focus on the A3 project and using it as a test bed for processes, practices, tools, etc. that can be transferred to other projects.
Within the A3 project you will be the primary driver of quality by design, all testing with the exception of Unit Testing, setting up a test lab, and implementing and executing a comprehensive hands-on test strategy in collaboration with the software team development manager.

The VS&A team is currently developing the next generation of converged AV products and services. The team consists of 7 software engineers located in Struer and Aalborg in Denmark, a Scrum Master and a Product Owner, who doubles as the team manager and dev process coach.
We work closely with mechanics, electronics production specialists, and other software teams throughout the organization, as well as the Bang & Olufsen product concept and marketing teams to deliver the worlds leading experience in audio and video products and services.
The work environment is informal with a high degree of personal freedom and responsibility, even though we keep busy and on the leading edge in our field.
Qualifications
Professional skills required:
- World class experience of formal software test methodologies
- World class experience with test design, writing and execution
- Proven experience creating test teams, processes and practices
- Proven experience testing embedded software
- Good knowledge of test automation tools
- Engineering or Math at University level
- Fluent spoken and written English and willing to learn Danish
Professional skills desired:
