Service Manager

Gram A/S is a company importing and selling household appliances successfully in Scandinavia. Gram is one of the leading brands in household refrigerators in Denmark, with a good development in sales of cookers, washing machines, dishwashers and other products through Scandinavia. Therefore we need a service manager to supervise and develop the After Sales Service on the sales area Scandinavia. In collaboration with managing director and the International Service Director of Amica Group you will get the responsibilities for After Sales Service in the Gram Group.

GRAM is seeking a person, who

has an university degree. Technical education will be an additional advantage.
has some years in a responsible position of servicing consumer durables, preferably in hinternational Group.

good skills and know how in working with and analyzing After Sales Service data, also negotiating with external partners and internal as well.

is a leader and a team player, who is innovative, flexible, analytical and is able to take the “right” decisions

has good command of Scandinavian languages and English.
