Do you want to be part of a team building a solid foundation of knowledge & insight into LEO Pharma’s competitive landscape and market dynamics?If yes, then you might be our new Competitive Intelligence Manager to join us as a valuable member of a cross functional team including Analysis & Forecasting and Market Research!Support corporate decisions with fact based intelligence As a Competitive Intelligence Manager in LEO Pharma’s new global Business Intelligence Department, you will be responsible for the collecting, analysing, evaluating and communicating relevant and actionable intelligence for Executive Management, marketing and business development to support upcoming product launches and lifecycle management strategies. Just as important, you will be expected to deliver your own assessment of the markets and competitors in consultation with colleagues within Business Intelligence, and to present the results to all relevant LEO Pharma stakeholders.As part of a new area, you will be involved in developing the role and responsibilities of the department and setting the goals and the strategies for the coming years. Also, a large part of your work will be in close collaboration with our key markets to ensure that the optimal market insights are captured by LEO Pharma.You are an experienced analyst and driven by challenges We expect you to have at least 2-3 years experience in market or competitive analysis or a similar role; you are familiar with all stages of the product lifecycle and have a good understanding of the process of bringing a new product to market, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. You will have experience working with a wide range of information sources and have the experience and analytical skills to identify and synthesise the key facts. You are motivated to develop clear and focussed recommendations and conclusions out of detailed and complex analysis and have experience consolidating results and presenting them to management and other colleagues.On a personal level you: Are driven by new challenges and work well in a quickly changing and developing environment. Like working closely with colleagues from various backgrounds, areas, and nationalities Are a strategic thinker and always put the long-term success of the company as your top priority Although the position will be located at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you are fluent in speaking and writing English.
