We are seeking a service-minded and qualified technical assistant/designer for our CSU team in HVAC OEM.

We are expanding our CSU team in HVAC OEM and are therefore looking for yet another service-minded and qualified technical assistant. The OEM division is part of Grundfos’ Business Development Centre. The division is responsible for developing, producing, and selling UP circulator pump solutions directly to leading international boiler manufacturers such as Bosch, Vaillant, and BAXI. You will be working in an international environment, and be in contact with and receive visits from international key customers and Grundfos subsidiaries.

Your challenges and tasks
Your most important challenge is to ensure that our customers are contended! Working closely with our Key Account Manager, you will be CSU-responsible for one of our most important customers. You will be part of a strong and committed team, and you have the operational responsibility for ensuring that the product range is continually adapted to meet customer demands. It is an outgoing job involving contact with salespeople, production plants and suppliers, as well as to the development organisation. You will have many contacts across OEM and to production colleagues in France, the UK, and China.  
In addition, your tasks include:

• Servicing salespeople from Europe, China, and the US; from handling sales enquiries to production.
• Working with new customised products.
• Maintaining existing products.
• Providing technical advice to the salespeople, price calculations, setting up and maintaining product variants.
• Documenting products from ordering to placing orders.
• Updating and maintaining customer accounts.
• Drawing pumps.
• Ad hoc tasks.

Your background and personality:
You are an experienced technical assistant/designer. You have worked with 3D CAD (e.g. Catia V4/V5), SAP, Enovia, parts lists, and product data. You master and use both written and oral English. German is an advantage but is not a requirement.
