Product & Suppliers Management Intern for Tourboks.com (Unpaid) – Hellerup, Denmark
Unpaid Internship – 3 months

Tourboks is looking for interns to join our fast-growing Product team. As a Product & Suppliers Management Intern, your primary responsibilities include establishing new partnerships, rapidly expanding Tourboks’s product portfolio, and managing supplier relationships. You will also manage a collection of existing and new suppliers.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated candidate to learn how an Online Travel Agency operates, get insights from a well-established e-shop, join a dynamic and fun team, in a creative and international business environment and have immediate impact driving revenue for a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supplier Communication & Product Range Coordination in an OTA: Learn how to communicate with suppliers (tour operators & activity providers) and how to manage a product (tour and/or activity) at tourboks.com.
• Develop Tourboks’s tour and activity product portfolio, research destinations and identify partnership opportunities
• Get aquainted with the entire sales funnel from end to end: from acquisition and boarding, through negotiation of commercial & payment terms, closing and post close account management
  

Desired Skills and Experience

• Superb written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills including highly proficient use of MS Excel
• Proficiency with MS Office and online content management systems
• Ability to organize multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable personality; self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Chinese or Korean language skills will be a plus
