2303 Global Program Manager

For Commercial Excellence in Humlebæk we are looking for a Global Program Manager to design and build programs that enhance Coloplast global sales and marketing capabilities. Also, you will be supporting the implementation of global commercial excellence programs across the regions/countries.
	Your key responsibilities
	- Develop and implement excellence programs in sales and marketing. Specifically,    you will be joining our CRM program and manage implementation in our sales subsidiaries. - Assume responsibility for the full project life cycle and interact with all levels of    management within project countries/regions. This includes handling all change    management issues and acting as the main liaison between the sales subsidiary and the    corporate CRM IT team - Your main objective is to enhance our capabilities to; manage sales forces; execute    campaigns; follow up with patients; and achieve transparent reporting on key KPIs - Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing excellence - Design processes, common standards and KPIs to guide countries to ensure    excellence
	Your qualifications
	- 3-5 years of experience - Strong business acumen - Solid change management skills - Mastering a solid analytical toolbox - Good project management and communication skills - Excellent English skills, both written and spoken - Master degree in business or similar proven equivalent theoretical background - Preferably experience with international CRM implementations
