0902 Merchandise Planner

IC Companys is looking for a Merchandiser Planner who will play both a creative and an analytical role in the success of IC Companys retail stores. As our new Merchandiser Planner you will be responsible for budget and merchandise flow
in retail stores. The Merchandiser Planner works closely together with the brands, planner team and merchandise team.

Areas of responsibility
The Merchandiser Planner will have overall responsibility for managing the
product ranges including buying strategy. In addition it is the Merchandiser Planner’s responsibility to make sale forecasts and identify gaps.

On a day-to-day basis it is the Merchandiser Planner responsibility to secure:
• Optimal budgeting
• Closely tracking sell-through and liaising with brands to manage replenishments
• Optimize stock level

Personal skills and competences
The ideal candidate has documented experience within merchandising and/or buying in retail. In addition we expect that you have a strong retail experience
and a solid background within the fashion industry. It is important that you have excellent analytical skills combined with a high level of commercial awareness.
The ability to work collaboratively is essential as the role is extremely cross-functional and requires the ability to work with people at all levels and
across large teams.
