Student Assistant with strong communication skills

Carlsberg Group Procurement is looking for a highly motivated and strongly driven communication student assistant who will find it challenging to help us with our internal as well as external communication. The assistant will play a significant role within the departments PR and communication strategy.


What?

• Responsible for Intranet based information sharing aimed at all relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for monthly news letter (word/pdf/ppt) aimed at a predefined number of colleagues
• Supporting continuous improvement of our overall presentation material (templates)
• Day-to-day communication (new faces, updating Intranet contact site, breaking news etc.)
• Very challenging international working environment
• Job supporting and challenging your educational direction

We expect the candidate to follow a communicative/business education at a higher level either at CBS, Copenhagen University or RUC expecting app. 1-1? years remaining time as a student. You must be fluent in English as it is the group language. We further expect you to have a basic knowledge of IT, be an experienced user of MS Office (especially Power Point and Word) and Adobe Acrobat, familiar with some graphic design programs on a basic level (e.g. Adobe Photo Shop,
Adobe Illustrator). The right candidate will be project-leader on central communication-projects.
