About the department
You will join the DMS Logistics in Hillerød team, where 12 colleagues look forward to welcoming you. We are in charge of the daily planning and purchase of plastic components that go into all devices in the Novo Nordisk product portfolio and we coordinate the dispatch to our customers within Novo Nordisk on a global scale.
The job
You will support Sourcing Coordinators and Planners in day-to-day business processes and tasks. Furthermore you will be in charge of analysing supplier performance and create Key Performance Indicators that reflect the performance. You will also be involved in smaller projects aiming to improve the internal processes in the team.
Qualifications
We are looking for an intern who is passionate about Global Supply Chain management. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Production. You must have experience with Excel and experience with SAP is preferable. You also have proficiency in both written and spoken English. You have strong analytical skills and an ability to convert this to actions that improve performance. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.
Practicalities
Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.
Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.
