Intern to Business Development at Business Unit China

Business Unit China is a part of the Consumer International business group. Our team consists of more
than 20 people of different nationalities, located in Aarhus, Denmark and in Beijing, China.
We drive the development of Arla Foods’ business in China, primarily through our strategic partnership
with the Chinese Mengniu Dairy Group.
As an intern, you will be assisting our Strategy & Integration manager in various business development
activities and projects. Your tasks will cover a wide range of areas such as market analyses, competitor
profiling, consumer insights, business tracking, material for decision making, tools for standard operating
procedures etc.
We expect you to be open for many different tasks and that you proactively and independently set
the agenda and run the projects and activities you are responsible for. At the same time, you are a
good teamplayer. Moreover, you posses strong political and cultural skills which enable you to
leverage your stakeholders.
Preferably, your line of study is within Business Administration (international business, strategic
management, etc.). Previous experience from a management consultancy firm (e.g. internship)
is an advantage. You are strong in both written and spoken English. Spoken and written Chinese
is a plus.
You will be working in the BU China department at the head office in Viby J, Aarhus.
The internship is unpaid, but we will cover your lunch and your travel expenses of up to
DKK 750 per month.
