19:10 – 4-course Gala dinner
Dress Code: Gala attire or formal attire (black suit/smoking and long
dresses).
Sponsor opportunity: Sponsorships are available at RMB 10.000 each. Sponsors
will have their logos displayed on two big screens on each
side of the ball room stage, throughout the night.
Additionally sponsors can have their logo printed in the
menu & program card.
Price: RMB 1,100 per person
RMB 10,000 per table (10 pax)
Payment method: Payment in cash at the Embassy in Beijing
during opening hours (contact Ms. Maggie Lin
prior to arrival) or by bank transfer. For bank
transfer remember to include company name or
individual name and the name “Gala ball”, if not
your payment can not be traced.
