Job overview:
• Responsible for continuous operation and maintenance of Telecommunication IT Applications in Telenor Denmark project.
Reporting to: IT Application Operations team leader
Key responsibilities and deliverables:
• Responsible for handle the BSS Ecosystem related Operation Tickets in End-to-End lifecycle. Determines the jurisdiction of the tickets, accepts the ticket, rejects the tickets and forwards the ticket to the responsible person or group.
• Emergency technical support in Operate and maintain business critical production system.
• Responsible for managing of the system configurations
• Responsible for tracking and management system problems, troubleshooting
• Participation in publishing automation and integration of continuous integration tools and platforms
• Monitor the alarm management for BSS Ecosystem and underlying data
• Develop and maintain the operating-and system documentation
• Is acquainted and applies the ITIL processes
• Capable to give On-Call Duty
• Take part in the expansion of the knowledgebase
Key performance indicators ：Align to operation service level agreement in project.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years business critical system technical support experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree preferable from Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science/Engineering area
• Experience in system operation and maintenance of Red Hat Linux systems
• Experience in system operation and maintenance of MySQL systems
• Familiar with WEB middleware technologies, including the management of Tomcat, Jboss and other applications (configuration)
• Capable to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Danish and Chinese speaking are preferred.
• Able to accommodate to various working and cultural environments
