Job  overview:	Responsible for business       analyst, change request, requirement clarify as customer facing role,       for Telecommunication Telenor       Denmark project.
Reporting  to:	Department Head
Key  responsibilities and deliverables:	•      To design custom solutions of project,  enhancement program and operational scope:    •      Work as a bridge between Customer and our  BA, R&D team, manage Customer expectation to ensure our solution can  fulfil Customer requirements. To support the customer documenting business  requirements, maximizing benefit of our Telecom software portfolio    •      Writing & analysing business  requirements    •      Report status, progress and issues to  Project Manager Plan, coordinate and facilitate activities of BA, other  streams in the same project to accomplish design, and ensure the deliverables    •      To identify and address technical or  operational risks.    •      To provide review/input on project  activities for medium to large business unit level projects. To collaborate  with the project manager/business analyst to develop detailed project plans  and work breakdown structures for medium to large business unit level  projects.    •      To build knowledge of our Telecom software  product locally and feed back customer expectations for future requirements  and projects.    •      To manage a team of software developers to  ensure a timely and high standard of quality delivery on application solution  implementation.    •      Define work standards and procedures for  BA for every stage of the project
Key  performance indicators	Customer  satisfaction and succeed delivery change request.
Requirements:	BA or Ms.Sc. level degree in Computer Science,       Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline from       a recognized university. Experience within telco or IT industry with       relevant software development experience, would be a plus. Experience involved in business analysis,       solution design and project management, would be a plus IT experience in the Telecommunications or       Information Service Provider industry is preferred though not mandatory.       Experience in developing, implementing or supporting CRM and Billing       System is a plus. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Good communication interface with strong       commitment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.       Able to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum supervision,       must be responsible. Highly motivated with a strong sense of       commitment and able to respond swiftly to critical system issues. Details oriented, patient and proactive. A       quick learner and team player.
