Export Portfolio Specialist

Export, License & Duty Free (ExLiD) is looking for a dynamic, structured and productive Export Portfolio Specialist to our Customer Service & Sourcing department.

ExLiD is driving and building our brands in markets, where we operate in cooperation with export and license partners and are responsible for the group's export and license business in all markets where Carlsberg has no breweries. We have own sales subsidiaries in Canada and Dubai. We manage 10 million HL in approximately 100 markets globally, employ 65 people in Denmark and abroad and manage a wide portfolio of beer and non-alcoholic beverage brands.
As Export Portfolio Specialist you will be our product and material master data expert. You will be the key driver in planning and execution of new products and design changes in close cooperation with our sales and marketing department, our suppliers and our design agency. You will also be responsible for ongoing portfolio maintenance and optimisation activities. Consequently a high degree of interaction and work intensity in a challenging and very exciting environment should be expected.

You will be part of the Customer Service team based in Copenhagen, and you will report to the Export Sourcing Manager. In this job you can expect some level of travelling, approximately 10 days per year.

Responsible for the portfolio from design, quality of material master data from creating to delisting of product:As a Portfolio Specialist you will have a central role in managing and streamlining the portfolio while ensuring that the right product is available.

Your working tasks will consist of:

Direct contact to design agency
Coordination/communication with ExLiD commercial and marketing teams
Coordination/communication with production planning/logistics and purchase department in sourcing plants
Planning and execution of new products and design changes
Quarterly review of portfolio
Realising portfolio optimisation opportunities through value engineering and SKU rationalisation
Quality control of maintenance and creation of material master data in SAP R/3
Participation in internal / external projects with aim to improve our processes and systems regarding portfolio/material master data
Master data trouble shooting and coordination of mater data assignments
Your profile:

You are organized, structured and like to work with different assignments, and you have drive as well as the ability to prioritize under pressure. You are outgoing and communicate and work effectively at all levels, both internally and with our many service providers.

Professional qualifications:

Relevant education such as bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics or export
Proven experience within logistics, supply chain or export
Fluent in English - (preferably 1-2 other languages
IT- experience with MS Office, especially Excel and SAP R/3
Experience with managing design changes would be beneficial
Personal qualifications:

Solid business understanding
Analytical, communication and project management skills
Pay attention to details and take pride in doing the job well
Positive attitude, result orientation and ability to see projects to an end
Social skills enabling you to interact with all kind of people across organisational boundaries and cultural difference.
