Are you a structured, detail oriented, hard-working individual, ready to undertake more responsibilities? Uniko Holding is now searching for a new Chinese Incoming Tour Operator, for our incoming Asian groups. We are searching for a full-time employee, but we could agree to a part time contract if we find the right candidate. You will work in a diverse and international environment.
Responsibilities
Management of all pre-booking enquiries from customers or Travel Agents by telephone, post, email, online chat and face-to-face visits to their office
Creation of programs and quotations upon specific needs
Communication with Suppliers
Contract management (with suppliers and customers)
Management of all post-booking / pre-travel enquiries to assist customers
Perform Bookings for tours
Management and maintenance of an existing customer portfolio
Business Development tasks
About you
You enjoy working with a wide range of tasks.

You are detail oriented, very structured and you keep your deadlines
You have an analytical mind-set and the ability to respond to tasks and solutions constructively
Desired Skills and Experience
Background from customer service/travel industry
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a competitive environment, and delivering to deadlines and targets
College/university degree is preferable
Experienced Excel user
Fluency in Chinese and English – oral and written
Korean/Thai language would be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time management skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Excellent IT skills, including keyboard skills
Proactivity and reactivity: Actively promoting up-selling opportunities and marketing initiatives. Maximising the conversion of sales calls into sales
Able to take part in educational trips to destinations and resorts in order to develop specialist product knowledge.
