Chinese Language Club Event Plan for Spring Semester 2010

#1	Place: CBS Porcelænshaven 16 2000 Frederiksberg Room: PH 109 Date:  4th of March 2010 Time: 19:00-21:00 Registration: msa.int@cbs.dk Program: This is the first event this year and we would like to welcome everyone interested. This Thursday we will start out introducing the language partner program. This will be followed by an introduction of different experiences of learning Chinese both in English and in Chinese. After a short time of general discussion and free questions everyone will get divided into smaller groups where specific discussion topics will be handed out. Here everybody will have a chance to participate no matter of their language level.
#2	Place: an apartment Date:  18th of March 2010 Time: 17:30 Registration: msa.int@cbs.dk Theme: 厨房演义---包饺子[Having Fun over Dumplings] Program: 1. A presentation on the background of Chinese Dumplings. 2. We ‘pack dumplings’ together while learning kitchen language etc. 3. We eat all together and discuss related topics.

Two students present their cross-cultural experience, one from Western perspective, one from Chinese. 2. Free discussion and questions. 3. Small Group discussions.

Presentation of Chinese music styles. 2. Free discussion and questions. 3. Small Group discussions, topics will be provisded.
#5	Place: Mengdie’s appartment Date:  6th of May 2010 Time: 17:30 Registration: msa.int@cbs.dk Theme: 厨房演义---中式菜肴 [Playing Games and Making Dishes] Program: 1. We divide into small groups and take turns to chop, cook and learn Chinese games. 2. We eat together and share some of the things learnt in the kitchen. 3. We play some funny Chinese games all together.

Presentation of Chinese style dialogues. 2. Free discussion and questions. 3. Divide into small groups according to needs and wants. The appropriate help will be given by Chinese natives and others according to level.
