LEO Pharma has newly launched a growth strategy and is seeking a motivated Manager to set up a new section for Sales Training. The section is part of a new function, Corporate Sales Outcome. Our strategic goals are to discover, develop and deliver world class systems and tools to support our passionate sales people worldwide, in their efforts to be top performers and achieve double-digit sales growth.
This is a true challenge and therefore Corporate Sales Outcome will strive to support the organisation with the best employees.
Responsibilities
Working from our headquarters in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for our worldwide Internal Sales Management Program, and you will initiate new programs for Medical Representatives and Key Account Managers. Initially, you will build up a new section of Sales Training and Education. We will work with Best Practices established in our affiliates and implement these in new affiliates starting up. You will develop our e-learning further, and work with Corporate Marketing to synchronize activities in close connection with our sales force, in order to meet their future needs and challenges.
The main focus areas will be:
  • Heading the Sales Manager Education Program (SPEED)
  • Create Best Practice in training of medical representatives
  • Work with Corporate Marketing on on-site training, before events
  • Develop training modules for representatives, KAM’s and Sales Managers
  • Further develop training setups i.e. e-learning
  • Run internal Train-the-Trainer programs
  • Work with Corporate Marketing in future Customer training programs
You will report directly to the Corporate Vice President Corporate Sales Outcome. Travelling will be a part of your work.
Qualifications
  • As a minimum 3-5 years work experience and documented results as a professional sales trainer within pharma or similar business, or from a recognised sales consulting/training company
  • Thorough experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager
  • As a minimum a Bachelor degree in business, sales, marketing or other relevant education
  • You are a motivated and self driven person, having both passion and integrity
  • IT knowledge and fluency in English is a must
