Africa Automotive A/S, Norgesvej 2, Svendborg is looking for a part-time marketing assistant to be employed as soon as possible.

Africa Automotive A/S was established in 2008 and deals with sales of automotive solutions primarily in Africa. Toyota 4WD accounts for the largest part of sales in Africa, and our customers are companies established in Africa such as NGOs, government organizations and private companies.

Africa Automotive is an organization with a very flat structure, where the distance from the management to the employees is very short. Decisions are quickly implemented to the daily work, and the tone of the workplace is easy among the committed employees.

Africa Automotive employs 7 people, and together with Buk Auto (majority stakeholder in Africa Automotive) the total number of employees is 13, where 3 of those are working abroad. The two companies share office and runs as one company in the daily work.

The telemarketing assistant is going to work with mapping and registration of Chinese companies in Africa. This must be done via phone and email from a fixed form, developed exactly to the job. We imagine that the telemarketing assistant will be working in average 5-6 hours per week. In the beginning, the main purpose is to learn about the company in detail, and afterwards working place can be at home if wanted.

The working hours will primarily be between 8.30-16.30, but it might be flexible due to the difference in time zones.
We offer the necessary equipment/facilities at your disposal. The salary will be 140 DKR per hour.

We expect that our future telemarketing assistant is fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written), and has a Chinese background. We are looking for someone with a mature behavior, can-do-spirit and lots of patience. We imagine that you are studying at the University of Southern Denmark, for instance within marketing (the latter of the two is however not a must).
