Yang-24 style Taiji

Taiji is a branch of Chinese Kung fu focused on harmony and balance in movements and breath. Good health can be achieved through optimized movements and breathing. The so-called 24-form Taiji, which is one of the most popular sport branches in Mainland China, consists of 24 forms / patterns.

By joining this Taiji course, you will get the opportunity to practice all of the 24 forms, learn how to move and breathe in harmony. The course also provides participants with the necessary prerequisites for more advanced Taiji courses.

Number of sessions: 14 (week 11 -week 18. No class in week 16 due to public holidays)
