You will be involved in a number of different service projects. Inclose cooperation with the project organization you will beparticipating in the design proposals before execution of repair andmaintenance projects. This includes a close cooperation with theR&D as well as the Design and Material department.

Your task
is to support service projects with solutions. You will be dedicated tofocus on analyzing various options of composite material for existingas well as new service projects. Furthermore, you will be responsiblefor test and eventually also prototyping, whenever needed. Facts andfigures for the proposed solutions are the key for your presentationsof solutions.

Your background
The preferred candidate will have a background within chemistry orcomposite materials and is used to working on short time solutions fordifferent composite materials and different combinations with othermaterial, which may have different requirements combined with differentenvironments. Alternatively the preferred candidate will have a machineengineering or technical background with experience from a demandingenvironment for hands on solutions.

You are
very robust and know your way around in a global and dynamicenvironment and are very self motivated and self driven. At the sametime your colleagues know you as a good team player. You know how tocommunicate with very different countries and cultures and thereforespeak and write English at a very high level. If you speak Chinese,Spanish or French at an understandable level this could be anadvantage.
You like to work in a challenging environment and are at the same time very structured and analytic.
You use or have knowledge of root cause solutions tools.
