09/09 Student help for International Compensation & Benefits

We are looking for a talented and analytical student to assist our Global Rewards & Mobility team in preparing analyses within the area of international compensation (15 hours/week). The team is committed to improve and drive remuneration and mobility throughout the global organisation. Your primary tasks will be to:


Perform compensation analyses to support top executives' annual salary review process
Analyse global bonus and stock options programmes
Analyse and report on expatriation matters
Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports
Handle various types of ad hoc administrative tasks

You are a dedicated person with interest in and flair for working with numbers and statistics, and you are a proficient user of Microsoft Excel. Preferably you are studying statistics, mathematics, economics or the like, and have some years of studies ahead of you. It is important that you have some experience with preparing statistical analyses, are highly meticulous and are able to consistently provide excellent data accuracy. You master written and spoken English, are results-oriented and able to get things done. High integrity and trust are pre-requisites for the role.
