Are you an expert in TPM? And would you like to help us ensureworld-class Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)? You will be part ofthe department Prefilled Assembly, located in Hillerød, Denmark. Here,you will join 80 passionate employees working with the production ofmedical devices, including the NovoPen®.


Head up TPM and make a difference
TPM enjoys a strong focus within Novo Nordisk. As our TPM expert youwill have the opportunity to really make a difference and put your markon future processes. The goal is to mobilise and implement TPM toensure world-class OEE across all production lines and, in time,introduce TPM to external suppliers. You will be part of the TechnicalProduction Team, consisting of highly competent colleagues ready tochallenge and support you in your work.


You will be solely responsible for mobilising and supporting TPM acrossthe teams in Prefilled Assembly, focussing on processes within theconstruction, ramp-up and production phases. This includes analysingproduction data with a view to improving TPM as well as developing TPMfor new production lines. You also have an important role as changemanager, facilitating the implementation of TPM for colleagues andinternal customers by helping them to improve existing processes. Youwill have many touchpoints and contacts throughout the organisation(production) and to suppliers in Denmark and abroad.


Highly experienced TPM project manager
As you will be our in-house expert in TPM, we expect you to havein-depth experience with implementation of TPM and change managementfrom a similar position in a manufacturing company. Alternatively, youhave worked as a TPM consultant. In any case, you have excellentanalytical skills and the ability to work effectively with structuresand processes. It is important that you are a good motivator andcommunicator, as you will play a key role in sharing knowledge with andadvising colleagues and customers alike. We also emphasize the abilityto stimulate a culture of “working is fun”.
