Summary/摘要：
In December this year, the 15th conference of parties (COP15) in the Framework Convention on Climate Change will officially unveil the curtain of measures on climate change in Copenhagen after the era of Kyoto Protocol. At the time of severe climate problems existing, people always strikes a balance between reducing emission and economic development. Not any progress has been made during the past several meeting because of different views by developing and developed countries. Some pessimists believed that Copenhagen is more and more like a dreaming island which load human being’s green dream.
