Student help for Coloplast Global Operations Project Management

Your new job in Coloplast
	Our current student help is about to finish his education, and we are looking for a replacement. We would like you to help us 10-15 hours a week and we are very flexible about their placement. Work place is Holtedam 3, 3050 Humlebæk
	Your key responsibilities
	• Maintaining project lists and creating portfolio reports for management • Constantly securing data quality and effective reporting structures and tools • Supporting and advising project managers in filling out status reports and other tools • Assist project managers in projects with e.g. analysis and investigations • Other tasks at hand
	Your qualifications
	• 4th or 5th year student of computer science, economics, business, civil engineering or alike • Strong attention to detail • A very structured approach to data and systems • Ability to work independently • IT-minded, with special emphasis on Excel and databases (for example VBA and Lotus Notes) • Must be fluent in English • Experience with project management is an advantage
	We are
	Project Management in Global Operations is a team of 13 employees. Our main tasks are to manage the biggest projects and programmes in Global Operations, maintain an overview of running projects in Global Operations, create standard work procedures for projects and advice management on the best portfolio of projects for Coloplast. We manage an international project portfolio containing more than 80 projects and programmes and work closely together with Global R&D’s Project Office. We would like you to start as soon as possible.
