0106 Marketing Manager

To read more about the company go to: http://www.scanmodul.com and http://www.stanleyhealthcare.com/ As Marketing Manager the purpose of the position is to provide the mix of marketing programmes to support the activities of Scan Modul Byrum healthcare inventory storage and management solutions in all countries in which the products are sold. This will include sales literature, product catalogues, website, advertising, public relations, sponsorship, internal communications, exhibitions and events that assist with the implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans. The key responsibilities of the position entail the following: • Defining marketing plans covering the Scan Modul Byrum products and services as an integral part of Stanley Healthcare Solutions in order to deliver maximum visibility and protect brand equity. • Managing communication plans. • Understanding sales channels and the impact of communication campaigns. • Monitoring and reporting on the results of communication activities, making recommendations for continuous improvements. • Organizing and running various exhibitions and events that meet the business objectives. In particular increasing the cross selling and integrated solutions. opportunities that link to the various SHS and SSS Group companies. • Working closely with other marketing teams within the SHS business to provide an integrated approach to the marketing of products from across the group. • Control and ownership of any marketing spend within agreed budget limits. Your background is from a similar position in which you have worked both with a strategic focus but also with the operational tasks involved in creating and executing marketing plans. However the strategic experience is not a must and we would value an operationally biased individual who is keen to develop and advance their career within Stanley and is not afraid to learn, branch out and take some risks. You have a relevant degree and ideally experience from a similar industry which gives you an understanding of the products being marketed. Your language skills in English are good and knowledge of other European languages would be beneficial, but is not required. As a person you are an intelligent thinker and a strategic planner and you are focused and priority driven. You have passion, marketing flair and creativity and you are not afraid to partake in the manual marketing work.
