Department

The department is responsible for attracting the best qualified talent to Vestas in order to meet our current and future recruitment needs. This department is the global Employer Branding department and provide our local Employer Branders in 22 countries with the necessary support, guidelines and materials etc. for them to be able to execute their Employer Branding plans most effectively. We therefore have a high degree of communication to the Employer Branders in the Business Units as well as other relevant corporate functions such as Communications, Marketing and Recruitment. There are four dedicated employees and a Director in the department that look forward to welcome you.




Responsibilities and Tasks

• Your main task will be to research into professional organisations regarding opportunities for collaboration for recruitment purposes including advertising based on input from our Employer Branding Advisor as well as 22 Employer Branders.
• You will be to be in charge of updating and making various power point presentations to use at events.
• You will also book meetings and do other practical work
• You will also order event gifts from the marketing shop for our 22 Employer Branders and keep track of these costs
• You will be in charge of updating the Employer Branding intranet which is used by our global Employer Branding team as well as our 22 Employer Branders





Qualifications and Work Experience

• Analytical skills
• Experience with research or data collection
• High drive, positive attitude and good humour
• Can work both independently and in teams
• Advanced Microsoft power point skills
• Good Microsoft excel skills
• Excellent oral and written English skills

Additional Information

Expected working hours per week will be 20. This will of course be planned according to your study needs.

Primary work location will be in Copenhagen and for a period going from 31 May, 2010 until 1 March, 2011.
