Careers without borders
Over a two-year period, we offer you exposure to a variety of tasks and challenges within Finance in 4-5 different areas of our global organisation. You will initially be located in Novozymes Bagsværd, and during the programme you will be stationed for a 4-5 month period in our Finance organisation in China, US or India. The programme will give you insight into various Finance disciplines in an international biotech company. The programme endures for a two-year period and we are flexible with respect to time of start.

The aim of the programme is to attract highly motivated graduates and offer them an opportunity to grow and develop fast within a professional Finance organisation.

Highly-qualified graduates
We expect you to hold a Master’s degree in economics, accounting or equivalent. You have a track record of outstanding academic achievements, an international outlook and excellent English skills.

You are flexible and open-minded, and you are able to adapt to changing situations. You are able to communicate with people at all levels and to get your message across. You must be able to take initiative and work independently but also contribute to team work. You are energetic, analytical, result-driven and aiming for the best achievable quality.
