Do you want responsibility for optimising work processes and analysing data to help achieving better business performance in Novo Nordisk's R&D organisation? Then we have a job for you.

CMC Clinical Supplies Business Support is responsible for improvement projects and analytical support across our clinical supply chain. Our clinical trial activity is increasing significantly and to support this development, we are seeking a new Business Analyst.

You will be part of a dynamic team of 5 colleagues. We work across the Clinical Supplies organisation, so you will have contact to many different stakeholders on many different levels. Our stakeholders show great variety and include a pilot plant, a packaging facility, a logistics and supplies co-ordination department and an IT department. You will report to the Business Support Department Manager. You will be located at Novo Nordisk's site in Måløv.

Challenges
Combine your capabilities as data and business analyst with your ability to communicate on all levels. You have a strong interest in digging into systems and data combined with business understanding. You love to work with Excel and do data analyses and you are eager to explore how data from the area’s various IT systems can be used to better understand and improve the business. You are able to transform your analyses into action and clear recommendations to management.

You might have some years of experience or you could be newly graduated with strong academic results. You have flair for IT. You like to take initiative and you are able to work as project manager for smaller projects as well as assisting with analytical support to larger projects. You will be responsible for meeting goals such as timely delivery of projects managed by you.

Business Support occupies a central and cross-cutting role in Clinical Supplies. Therefore an important part of your role will be to ensure optimal collaboration with our stakeholders. Hence, good communication skills – in Danish and English as well as written and spoken - are central.

Qualifications
Strong analytical back-ground with a Master's degree. You have an academic background with a degree as Engineer, Mathematical Economist, Economist or similar.
