The Nordic Procurement Manager (NPM) reports directly to the Head of PPM and has a key role as responsible for managing all procurement regarding Nordea’s buildings and premises in the Nordic countries. The NPM works closely together with the project and maintenance people in PPM and with Nordea Services and Marketing Procurement. The role will be based in either Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm. Main tasks and responsibilities will be to work in the four Nordic countries with all procurement areas within PPM, develop the procurement processes in PPM and take on the role as PPM representative in most of real estate sourcing projects.

The position requires that you have a Master’s degree or similar education. Several years of experience and good results from working with real estate procurement, probably in a construction company or as a consultant is an asset. You have excellent communication skills in general and you must be proficient in spoken and written English.

You should be outspoken, dynamic, self-motivating, development- and performance-oriented. It is also very important that you are well-organised and a proactive team player.
