Pressalit Group is looking for two candidates to be part of our graduate program starting August 2010. You will get the opportunity to start in an exciting and educative job, which will create an excellent basis for your future career.
All applicants are welcome, including international/foreign applicants. For non-Danish speaking applicants we offer the necessary Danish courses and support.
About the Position:
The graduate program is scheduled to run over a two year period, and consists of four cross-organizational projects of approximately six months’ duration. The tasks will be project oriented and take place in different departments of the organization, e.g. HRD & Policy, Finance, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, or Production.
You will become an integrated part of our organization, where drive and performance go hand in hand with dialogue and passion. We value high levels of autonomy and accountability in our aim to achieve growth objectives and success criteria, individually and together.

We expect that You:

• Have recently graduated or are about to graduate with results above average from a M.Sc. Degree within Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics or similar.
• Have been living abroadfor instance as part of an exchange program.
• Have excellent English skills and preferably speak one other foreign language.
• Are willing to learn Danish and explore the Danish culture, if you don’t speak and understand Danish.
• Are results and goal oriented and have an independent and self-starting/self-motivating behavior.
• Are proactive and can easily handle a variety of tasks in an unforeseen and changing environment.
• Have the ability to create a fast pace in projects without neglecting details, analysis and structure.
