Uniko is now searching for a new Incoming Tour Operator & Sales (Asia), to undertake the management of our incoming Korean and Chinese groups. We are searching for a full-time employee, but we could agree to a part time contract if we find the right candidate. You will report directly to our General Manager and you will work in a diverse and international environment.
Responsibilities
Management of all pre-booking inquiries from customers or Travel Agents by telephone, post, email, online chat and face-to-face visits to their office
Creation of programs and quotations upon specific needs
Communication with Suppliers
Contract management (with suppliers and customers)
Management of all post-booking / pre-travel inquiries to assist customers
Perform Bookings for tours
Management and maintenance of an existing customer portfolio
Business Development and marketing tasks for Korea and China

Desired Skills and Experience
Background from customer service/travel industry
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a competitive environment, and delivering to deadlines and targets
College/university degree is preferable
Experienced Excel user
Fluency in Korean, Chinese and English – oral and written
Thai would be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Timely and accurate processing of orders
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Excellent IT skills, including keyboard skills
Proactivity and reactivity: Actively promoting up-selling opportunities and marketing initiatives. Maximizing the conversion of sales calls into sales
Able to take part in educational trips to destinations and resorts in order to develop specialist product knowledge.
