Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a number of new full time colleagues for our Customer Service Centers. You will be part of Novozymes’ Supply Chain organization and join a group of internationally focused colleagues. To service our customers in various industries across the globe we are interested in candidates with business level language skills within particularly French and German but also Italian and Polish. The positions will be located in our Bagsvaerd office.

Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Order-To-Payment Processes including Customer Service, Product Deployment and Shipping both within and outside the EU
  • Solid computer skills with command of SAP R/3, Sales & Distribution, Material Management, including Warehouse Management and APO
  • Fluent written and spoken English and furthermore business level proficiencies within one or more of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Polish
  • Motivated candidates with related experiences to those mentioned above and/or a relevant academic background (e.g. Cand.merc. SCM) combined with a strong drive to learn may also apply
  • As a person you have the ability to converse with customers and stakeholders around the globe in order to create and execute solutions to logistic challenges. You are a strong team player and it is further expected that you are able to work professionally in back-up pairs. You demonstrate initiative and ownership and thrive on being busy dealing with incoming calls and requests. You are able prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, handle several tasks at a time and still show attention to detail.
Challenges
Your overall responsibility will be to support specific customers within selected industries, on a daily operational level. You will be responsible for the “Order-To-Payment” process for these customers worldwide and take part in covering daily servicing of customers between 9-17 CET also during Danish holidays.

Your job consists of receiving orders from customers and coordinating with internal departments such as Planning, Warehousing and external transport companies. This includes issuing of relevant shipping documents to ensure that the products are delivered in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
