12/11 IT Infrastructure Contract Manager

We are searching for a contract manager to manage the life cycle of ITinfrastructure and security contracts and related deliverables withinIT Security and Infrastructure, IT & Corporate Development inHeadquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark. The position is new-established.


Challenges
You will be working with vendor management in an expanding area that iscurrently undergoing significant changes to prepare the ITinfrastructure for the continued growth of Novo Nordisk.


As contract manager, you will develop and implement procedures andprocesses for contract management. You will manage the life cycle ofcontracts by assisting with the development of Statement of Works withvendors and ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal. Duringcontract life, you will oversee service level agreement compliance andidentify risks and issues, suggesting alternatives that lead to thebest solution. As needed, you will provide guidance on contract matters.


You will also serve as the point of contact for contractual matters andwill handle on-going issues and change management as well as monitortransaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc). Youwill also act as the key contact and subject matter expert for allcontract-related financial management.


Qualifications
You have completed a Masters Degree (economics, businessadministration, law or similar) with excellent results and have 2–4years of full-time work experience. You are interested in IT systemsand processes and have an analytical mindset, good businessunderstanding, are thorough and meet deadlines. You can structure yourown work and are able to work in an independent and responsible way.Fluency in English is a must.

On the personal side you are characterised by ambition, drive,ownership, self-initiation, independence – and you have excellentsocial skills.
