04/11 International Brand Manager – Jewellery & Watches

We are looking for an International Brand Manager within the Marketing Department responsible for Jewellery and Watches. The job offers an excellent opportunity to join the marketing department of one of Denmark's leading international luxury brands where you can apply your practical experience in brand management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of all our marketing material including retail and wholesale sales tools, advertising, catalogues, product leaflets, etc. for international implementation.
• Implementation of global campaigns in close cooperation with international country managers.
• Make frequent sales and marketing presentations to the wholesale sales force and Georg Jensen top management.
• Actively support PR, events & exhibitions.
• Plan and manage product category marketing budgets.
• Lead and investigate marketing opportunities and initiatives.
• Supporting the organisation in leveraging the Georg Jensen brand by working in cross functional teams to ensure implementation based on understanding of branding and brand impacts.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Masters Degree in business/marketing communication.
• Minimum 5 years experience within brand management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

If you apply for a manager position, minimum 5 years experience is a must...the problem is that I do not think they will hire a Chinese to be their manager, if this Chinese is highly qualified but without self-confidence..
