Case order ID 的有效时间

申请了学校的短期交流，准备作为在读PhD到DTU交流一个学期。
今年年中的时候，申请了case order ID而且付了费。但是由于一些不可抗因素决定到2014年再来交流。那如果我2013年12月中旬在中国签证中心提交work and residence permit 的申请材料的话，之前申请的case order ID和付过的费用还有效吗？需要重新申请ID和付费吗？
在New to Denmark的官网上的原话是，Processing fees are regulated on 1 January 2014。
If you plan to apply for a residence permit or an extension of a residence permit based on work or studies around 1 January 2014, please note that processing fees are regulated on 1 January 2014. Consequently, it is important that you create your Case Order ID and pay the attached fee in the same year. If you pay the fee in 2013, but submit your application in 2014, you will have paid less that the required fee, and your application will be rejected, that is, it will not be processed.  

我觉得只要交钱了，就问题不大，他们不会赖掉。
明年开始资费有调整，最多再补交差额就行了。

只要提交了申请就可以了吧，这个变化应该是2014年提申请需要执行的。我也是申请的14年开始的访问，不过是1月份开始的，11月份去办的，都已经OK了。

就是你13年交钱，13年申请就没问题，写得很清楚呢。

嗯嗯 主要是担心不知道领事馆什么时候把材料寄回丹麦。提交的时间如果按到丹麦的时间算的话，怕提交的比较晚，材料到丹麦就2014年了。。。。不过周五把材料已经都给签证中心了~

哇 好快啊 一个月签证就下来啦  那你机票买了吗 往返多少米啊？ 我不知道现在该不该买机票还是等到签证下来再买。
