最近难道经济复苏了？Ørestad那边的房价又涨了不少啊。

Vestamager 太偏了。周围一片空地 以后难不保再造几栋高楼 土地供应无限庞大。。相反Islands Bygge 和 Østerbro附近的新房子真的是寸土寸金。Sydhavn附近也是潜力无限。可惜工资太低 银行贷不了太多钱啊。。不然Islands Bygge那里的新楼镇的不错。

市区人多，太吵。不如大哥本哈根外围，幽静，便宜。而且省下的钱买辆车，去那里都方便
