比如孩子上学，安全问题（就是中东人多吗）.........等等吧

买花园洋房不错，这个区域中东人不多。有些廉租房区域里的中东人蛮多的。

应该就是政府提供住房，每月交房租，房租很便宜！

Rødovre挺好的，算是“自治区”。出租房很少所以中东人很少。

Buy near Hendriksholm kvarter.
Wonderful residential area - quiet and friendly with "walking distance" to Rødovre station, bus, shopping center, Hendriksholm school and Rødovre Gymnasium. Definitely one of Rødovre's best residential neighborhoods....

skatteprocenten i Rødovre Kommunes er 25,7, sundhedsbidraget er 8 procent og den kirkelige afgift 0,72 procent. Grundskyldspromillen til kommunen er 30,8.

Stellavej is on the other site of Roskildevej, Near shopping center....... also good residential area.
As long as I can remember, Andelslejligheder on Stellavej got new roof and Windows last year...
If you are looking for house, be aware about 土地污染报告!!!! Some properties near this is got huge problem with 土地污染!!
