Thank you for your interest concerning my apartment. Well its 2 Bed Room flat and well furnished. Probably we should compromise on the agreement papers/documents if only you can assure me your interest because there are many lining to rent this same Apartment.


If we come to reach an agreement then I can instruct my Lawyer to prepare the paper work to seal the rental contract documents. But you need to provide me your details so i can forward to my lawyer to make the papers ready as soon as possible.


After that, i'll forward the documents to you so you read and endorse or i'll take it along to Odense Copenhagen,You will be making the payment to my Lawyer's Account or a means of transfer.Because i work as Biotechnology manager here in UK so am always a busy type,If it suit you then we can proceed and i will book my flight ticket to Copenhagen.

(Q1) Firstly,concerning my identity,when arranging the pre-contract document,my few informations will be included,so at this point i can't on my own decision send you my full information,If i do thismi have breach the agreement between me and my lawyer.Thank you.


(Q2) The apartment is in a brick building with brown and white color,and my apartment is situated on second floor flat 2 of the apartment bulding.


(Q3) Fully furnished : Mean all amenities are available in this apartment,am an high taste person myself,so why should I rent out an apartment without a bedroom,or a confortable bedroom,you are not buying a single furniture when moving to the apartment.


(Q4) I already consult my lawyer concerning this yellow card,you are asking ,but to my own decision find below,the purpose of your yellow card,which are not really distubing your rental purpose:

health insurance card as proof that you are entitled to medical treatment
in the Danish healthcare system. You must bring your health insurance card

This is the answer my lawyer gave me when i disturb him about the yellow card almost every- second,because am also a dual citizenship holder to DENMARK AND UK.


( Q5 ) My lawyer said if you agree for the deposit payment,we only need a few informations from you to prepare the pre-contract or the refundable deposit payment document ,for you to make a deposit transfer before me and my lawyer come over to odense.

那就太可惜了，我还满喜欢她所说的房子哦，实地去踩点过，环境挺好的。

有没有其他不同意见？呵呵

骗子，遇到过，没上当。

一看房东给的价格就知道是骗人的了吧。两个卧室的公寓，配家电，一个月才不到5000克朗，还含水电，太便宜了吧。反正Esbjerg这边这样的公寓，带家具家电，一个卧室一个客厅，含电视宽带，一个月的价格是7800，押金是22000左右。
