翻译理解下长居的一条款

The following public benefits are not are not granted under the terms of the Active Social Policy Act or the Integration Act and will not prevent you from obtaining permanent residence:

    Student grants (SU)
    Allowances paid during periods of unemployment (arbejdsløshedsdagpenge), illness (sygedagpenge) or paternity leave (barselsdagpenge)
    Pension (including early age pensions)
    Assistance (boligstøtte)
    Financial support to an employer upon hiring you in a ‘løntilskud’ or ‘flexjob’ position. Be aware that if your employer have received public funds to pay all or some of your wages (løntilskud) your employment will not be considered as regular employment.
    Fully subsided childcare (friplads)

这上面的意思是说： 下面的几条也算拿公共福利的呢，还是说不算？？如果拿了SU 或是病假钱或是房屋补助，是不是不算public assistance...上面写的英文感觉有点拗口。

补充个问题，  长居格子到了第三格意味着什么呢？就是第三格子到第四格子之间移民局都要审理case的那些方面？？

就是说你拿了这些补助，也不影响你申请长居。
