Description

Lundbeck is seeking an ambitious Business Manager for ourBusiness Operations department, a division of Commercial Operations.The Business Manager will work closely together with the Regional VicePresident for Asia, Africa and Middle East.

CommercialOperations is responsible for the global marketing and sales ofLundbeck's products. Business Operations is responsible for thedevelopment, co-ordination and execution of business strategies andbusiness planning. You will be part of a team of 10 colleagues whereprofessionalism, drive, motivation and dedication are a cornerstone.The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen.
Your job
Youwill work in close cooperation with colleagues across the organisationin a highly international environment. The position entails 30-50 daysof travel per year.

Maintaining close relations with our subsidiaries your key tasks will be to:

• Plan, co-ordinate, and follow up on subsidiary business planning
• Manageor participate in cross-organisational projects with focus on businessmanagement and driving Business Excellence projects
• Providestrategic analyses and perform staff assignments vis-à-vis theExecutive Vice President for Commercial Operations and the RegionalVice Presidents

Your qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Natural Science
• Experiencefrom strategic consultancy and/or pharmaceutical industry, workingstrategically with the senior management, is considered an advantage
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Weare looking for an ambitious and business-minded professional with theability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Analytical and proactive approaches as well as good people skills are a must.
