Theemployee is going to conduct sourcing projects under the supervision ofa lead negotiator. Corporate Sourcing is responsible for the indirectspend in Novo Nordisk (11 billion DKK). We are recruiting newcolleagues within sourcing of marketing services as we are expandingour global scope in areas America, Europe, and Japan.

Challenges
Do you believe that if only youcould change client behaviour, agencies would perform so much better?If so, are you willing to take that belief to the test? Does developingpreferred suppliers programmes, implementing new processes, challengespecifications, negotiate solid trading agreements and develop newtools supporting such a new framework sound appealing to you? Now youhave the opportunity to start working in cross-functional project teamsconsisting of sourcing and stakeholders across the organization indepartments such as Global Marketing and with our affiliates. You willbe a part of a group that sets high individual targets, but achievesthem as a team.

Qualifications
Sourcing experience is notrequired, but you have a relevant higher education where you were atthe top of your class. Depending on your level of experience you willclassify as Associate Negotiator or Negotiator. For the negotiatorposition, you are expected to have a solid commercial background andexperience from working with demanding stakeholders. High communicationand presentation skills both in Danish and English are required.
