FerringInternational PharmaScience Centre is looking for an OutsourcingManager for the Vendor Management group within the Clinical DevelopmentSupport department in the Global Clinical & Non-clinical Research& Development organisation. Vendor management is a recentlyestablished centralised structure at Ferring to support bioanalytical,non-clinical, biometrics and clinical trial phase I to IV outsourcingactivities.

YOUR EXPECTATIONS
As Outsourcing Manager, your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

• Co-ordinate and manage activities related to vendor management services in corporation with Director of Vendor Management
• Prepare Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements and Request for Proposals
• Assist the operational staff in vendor selection
• Arrange and participate in vendor meetings
• Prepare and negotiate Third Party Agreements
• Maintain contract system and vendor library
• Develop and maintain vendor relationship

OUR EXPECTATIONS
Theideal candidate has at least 2 years experience with vendor managementand outsourcing in clinical research or has worked as a clinicalresearch associate or clinical research manager for 3-5 years. Thecandidate has good negotiation skills and the ability to handlemultiple tasks.
You are pro-active, a team-player, innovativeand effective problem solver. Fluency in English as well as good verbaland written communication skills are essential. Furthermore you shouldbe keen on working in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment.
